Shipping policy
Delivery of Terrariums:
Since my terrariums are delicate pieces of living art, they are subject to special delivery concerns so I can ensure items arrive in the best condition. Please read the following policies carefully:
- All terrariums are available year-round for Local Delivery and Local Pickup (within Edmonton, AB, Canada). Once you have placed your order, I will deliver it within 5 business days. During the winter season (October-May), I will contact you to arrange a delivery time when you are present to bring the item inside so the plants do not become damaged by the cold. Once a time has been arranged, please contact me with 2 days notice to reschedule.
- Select terrariums are available for Domestic Delivery (within Canada) during the warm season (June-September).
- Unfortunately, terrariums are not available for international delivery at this time.
Delivery of Terrarium and Fairy Garden Accessories:
All terrarium and fairy garden accessories can be delivered internationally year-round. Shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $60CAD.
- This free shipping offer applies only to items that can be shipped, including shippable terrariums (within Canada) and all terrarium/fairy garden miniatures.
- This free shipping offer does not apply to terrariums that are only available for Local Delivery and Local Pickup (within Edmonton, AB, Canada).
